Olusola “Shala (Esquire)” Akintunde is a multi-media producer and songwriter. He is the Nigerian American creator of the cult phenomenon, Seven Spoon, a member of the four-man rap super group, Qualo and the CEO of The Movement Worldwide, Inc.

Walter Dale has been an entertainment attorney for 20 years specializing in the music industry. He is a professor at Columbia College Chicago teaching courses in the music business program. Walter is also a board member and treasurer of the national organization, Black Entertainment & Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA).

Bruce Iglauer is president and founder of Alligator Records, the world’s largest contemporary blues label. He has 35 years experience in the record industry as a label owner, producer, artist manager and music publisher. He is also a founder of the Association For Independent Music (AFIM), the Blues Music Association and the Blues Community Foundation, and a winner of Chicago Magazine’s "Chicagoan Of The Year" award.

Daniel Lurie is an attorney with a wide range of experience in the private and public sectors serving as both as a counselor and as a senior local government official, including in federal, state and local regulatory affairs, commercial litigation, antitrust law, municipal law, government relations and public project management.

Andrés Meneses His work producing Angel Melendez and the 911 Mambo Orchestra under his own record label Latin Street Music earned him a Grammy nomination in 2004 and the privilege of being an official Grammy voter. He is the producer of the Chicago Salsa Festiva every year in June & The Chicago Qualifier for The World Salsa Championships in Orlando televised by ESPN. Andres is also Co-owner of Latin Street Dancing Studios with Lisa "La Boriqua", member of The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, The Latin Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, the Chicago Jazz Institute, The Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau and the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Illinois.

Paul Natkin (Interim Executive Director) discovered music photography in 1976. Since then, he has photographed most of the major music stars of the last half of the 20th century, shooting album covers for artists such as Ozzy Osbourne and Johnny Winter and magazine covers for Newsweek (Bruce Springsteen), Ebony (Tina Turner), People (Prince), and many music magazines around the world. Paul's work is managed by Photo Reserve, Inc.

Mark brings more than nine years of experience managing website engineering projects as well as strategic communications and media production for both private sector and nonprofit community organizations.

Chris Schneider is the studio manager of Pressure Point Recording Studios, honored as the top new recording facility in the world by Mix Magazine (04). In his 30 years in the music business he has worked on both sides of the glass, first as a major label recording artist and now as a producer and managing director of Blue Cactus Entertainment
